Naše najlepše Unesco znamenitosti

Konec leta je pri marsikomu čas statistike in poglabljanja v vse pretekle izkušnje, učenja ali spomine. Čeprav nam statistika ni najbolj pri srcu, smo tudi mi pogledali naša potovanja skozi en njen vpogled. Tokrat smo se osredotočili na Unescove znamenitosti, ki se jih je v letih potepanja nabralo kar precej. Izpostavila sem tiste, ki sva jih s Petrom obiskala skupaj, čeprav jih je še par, ki sva jih obiskala ločeno. A naj tiste ostanejo za drugič. 147 skupnih Unescovih znamenitosti, uf ni malo 🙂

A sama številka ne pomeni nič, če ni v ozadju spomina, energije, izkušnje in ljubezni do potovanj, narave in sveta. Izkušenj je res veliko in vse so nas vsaj malo spremenile in nam pomagale svet in sebe v njem pogledati z drugačnimi, bolj zrelimi očmi. Ljubezni do potovanj prav tako še ni zmanjkalo in nič ne kaže, da bi se kaj takega lahko zgodilo 🙂 .
Prvih skupnih korakov pravijo da ne pozabiš nikoli, zato so Pariz, Istanbul in Kapadokija še vedno v mojem srcu. Posebno mesto na Unescovem seznamu imata tudi Italija in Grčija – nam najljubši in tudi največkrat obiskani državi. Prelepa Meteora, v kateri smo bili dvakrat in Dolomiti, katerih obiskov ne štejemo več. Sem se bomo zagotovo še vrnili.

Največji vtis je na nas naredil najstarejši nacionalni park na svetu – Yellowstone ter kanadski Banff – resnično pravljično. Tesno za petami so višinske riževe terase v Batadu na Filipinih ter znamenitosti Omana in Islandije. Otroka pa ne moreta pozabiti njunega prvega stika s tropi na prelepi Šri lanki s številnimi zaščitenimi Unesco območji.

Maldivi in indonezijski Sulawesi nista pod Unescovo zaščito, pa bi brez dvoma morala biti. Koralni otočki in pripadajoči koralni grebeni, živalski in rastlinski svet ter njune barve – so dih jemajoči in na žalost tudi iz leta v letu manj nedotaknjeni. Sulawesi je zgodba za sebe – Tana Toraja in pravljično otočje Togianov bi si brez dvoma zaslužilo posebno mesto.

In nenazadnje, kaj je tisto, kar bi si v prihodnosti želeli obiskati?

Želja, smeri in poti je veliko. Naslednje leto sem nam bo uresničila največja izmed njih, saj gremo končno v Afriko. Še prej pa – čez dober mesec nas pričakuje raziskovanje majevskih poti in uživanje v karibski modrini.

In dalje v letu 2018?

Na prvem mestu sanjskih kotičkov je otočje Galapagos z Ekvadorjem, tesno za petami pa mu sledita Peru in Avstralija. Vse bolj nas vleče tudi barvita Indija z Andamani. Nepal, Venezuela in Madagaskar pa bodo najbrž še nekaj let počakali 🙂 .
Bomo videli kaj nam bo življenje prineslo. Do takrat pa bomo uživali tudi in predvsem v majhnih, vsakdanjih trenutkih in bili hvaležno za vse, kar nam je dano 🙂 .
